Nikkie Verrinder - GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Nikkie is a branding and graphics expert with 25 years of experience and a modern fresh approach to bring contemporary design to your estate agency  Nikkie designed the Sewell & Gardner logo in 2010 and has worked on all of the advertising, literature and marketing campaigns for S&G over the past 5 years.  Prior to that Nikkie worked with Jane Gardner on the Parkheath franchise and implemented a distinct feel to a traditional and established brand.

Ruth Harrington - TRAINER

Ruth began her career in b2b sales with EMAP before moving into the property industry in 2003. As well as working at Foxtons, she spent over 10 years at Marsh & Parsons, running a multi-million pound department in the flagship office, then moving to head office, where she specialised in CRM, systems and compliance. Ruth blends her sales, customer service and relationship building expertise with her practical CRM, systems and compliance knowledge, making her an excellent choice for rounded sales, technical and soft skills training in the property sector. Hailing from the North, Ruth brings boundless energy and a caring yet no-nonsense approach to all her workshops. She lives in West London with her husband and two young daughters.

Emilie Thysse - TRAINER

Emily is a Henley Business School accredited executive coach and highly experienced group workshop facilitator specialising in customer service, sales and leadership training within the estate agency & wider service sector.  Bringing with her over 15 years of experience spent working in two of London’s most successful estate agencies, she understands what it takes to build market share and develop a reputation for delivering an outstanding customer experience within the fiercely competitive residential property marketplace. 

Emily’s approach is simple – She believe in helping individuals to understand their own strengths and abilities.  She helps them to gain clarity on exactly how to improve their performance, building not only their knowledge and skills but also – crucially – their self-awareness and confidence; the ultimate recipe for success in the sales arena.

Jason Sammon - WEBSITE EXPERT

Jason is co-founder of FL1 Digital, the Digital Marketing and training specialists who worked alongside Jane to build an award winning estate agency site, prior to becoming one of the most sought after estate agency web design and digital specialists for forward thinking companies.  Jason specialises in training estate agents all about WordPress, Google, Analytics, SEO, AdWords, Social Media and much more.

With a background as a software developer combined with over 10 years experience working with businesses of all sizes gives Jason a unique blend of technical, marketing and commercial experience.

Reagan Bradley

Reagan Bradley is Level 4 ARLA qualified, she’s also an APIP qualified inventory clerk, proficient with Peach software for inventory checks & mid-terms, and currently uses Reapit software in her day job at Paramount Properties in London where she is Head of Property Management. Reagan worked for Jane Gardner as Head of Property Management at Sewell & Gardner, where she won the Sunday Times Property Manager of the Year Award 2 years running. When Sewell & Gardner lettings was sold she became Head of PM for Countrywide London. Reagan has spoken twice at the Property Management Live seminars in 2014 & 2016.

Peter Nicholls - SELLING YOUR BUSINESS

Peter spent 10 years working in corporate estate agency in the Home Counties, before starting Royston in Hammersmith, London in 1992. In 2007, he sold his business to Douglas and Gordon, and subsequently acquired a controlling stake in Jacksons in Henley on Thames, merging the existing business with local rental specialists Valley Estates in 2009. Having enjoyed a fruitful few years managing the newly combined business, Peter sold Jacksons to the Romans Group in Spring 2014 and started ideology consulting in October 2015.  Peter now helps businesses to get ready to sell as part of the Ideology Consulting group.

Jeremy Wright - SELLING YOUR BUSINESS

Jerry has enjoyed a long and varied career in estate agency, initially managing the AC Frost office in Windsor. When Prudential Property Services acquired AC Frost in 1987, Jerry moved to Kensington to become Managing Director of Prudential International Property, selling new leisure developments across the world. In 1991, he left corporate estate agency to start Boileaus in Barnes, SW London, acquiring local rental specialists Sargeant & Young a few years later. Jerry sold the combined business to Carter Jonas in October, 2014. Jerry now helps businesses to get ready to sell as part of the Ideology Consulting group.

Josh Rayner - STAFF RECRUITER / HEADHUNTER

Josh started his career in estate agency recruitment over twelve years ago, gaining wide ranging experience with a national property Head Hunting agency as well as co- founding recruiting firm Dove & Hawk. Having sold his interest in Dove & Hawk in 2010, Josh subsequently started Rayner Personnel (specialists in recruitment for the estate agency sector), whose clients include some of the best known brands in UK estate agency. Finally, Josh also has an active interest in Estate Agency All Stars, an innovative training company that purely focuses on improving the skills of the UK’s estate agency staff.

Austen Lees - PUBLIC RELATIONS

With over 15 years communications and marketing experience Austen is practised at advising companies at board level and experienced in developing Pan-European corporate communications programmes for FTSE 250 businesses as well as handling media relations for independent local companies.  Austin’s areas of expertise include media relations; financial PR; crisis and issues management; CSR; marcomms; public affairs and internal communications. He holds a Diploma from (and is a member of) the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.

Austen spent 10 years working as UK Marketing and Communications Manager and Head of Corporate Communications for Shanks Group plc. During which time he was won the Best Investor Communications award at the PLC Awards, won PWC’s Excellence in Reporting in the FTSE 250 and was a two time winner at the Transform Brand Awards.
