We are a specialist one-stop-shop for estate agency training, consultancy, marketing, social media management, website design, build and management, and overall experts in making your estate or lettings agency STAND OUT and be the best!


The agency is run by Jane Gardner, who has been in the property industry on the coal-face since the mid-1980s and has won over 40 industry awards.  She is now a level 4 exam writer and marker for Propertymark Quals and is a trustee and board member for Agents Giving, the industry charity.


Estate Agency Digital Media is our specialty and we pride ourselves on our ability to go above and beyond with our service offering. We use our experience combined with our friendly approach to become an extension of your team in order to help grow your business.

Our story

Jane Gardner started in the property industry in 1987 and worked within independent, franchised, and corporate estate agencies.  During the years she has started up numerous businesses which have gone on to be incredibly successful and built an award winning lettings agency “Sewell & Gardner” in 2002, selling to Countrywide PLC at the end of 2014.  Sewell & Gardner sales and lettings won over 40 industry awards from 2008-2014 including the prestigious Overall Letting Agency of the Year at The Times & Sunday Times awards in 2013 and the Gold Grand Prix Award for Best UK Sales & Lettings Agency at the ESTAs in the same year.

Initially after the sale of her business, Jane started helping out friends in the industry and in June 2015, she was asked to speak at the Lettings Live conference, which brought a wealth of new interest in her consultancy offering. This led to a structured offering of training and mentoring courses, a selection of agency white-labelled literature, and a place on the Propertymark exam board, promoting the ARLA lettings & property management technical awards L3-L4.

Simultaneously Jane found great demand for her creative marketing skills. With a team of media staff working on estate agency websites, video production, and social media, all of which have a very bespoke individual look and feel, Social Angels offers a comprehensive range of services as a marketing consulting agency. At the 2016 Lettings Agency of the Year awards, Jane assisted clients to win awards in Block Management, Website Development, Customer Services, Single Independent Regional Agency, and UK Single Office.
