As Jane is a Propertymark Level 4 examiner and writer, you can be assured that your website will be fully compliant and will include everything that your vendors, buyers, landlords and tenants will need to know about.  On top of that, Jane and her team have SEO expertise and will ensure that, if you choose a bespoke content written option, every page will have a GREEN SEO score that will get you seen by Google and other search engines.

So what do you want from your new website?

We are able to offer you a functional template design that you can then add the content to, expand with new pages or blog articles, and will showcase your brand, your team, your services and, of course, all of your properties in a format that is easy on the eye, easy to use, and easy to update from your desk.

• We can migrate all of the information from your current website into your new one.
• If you have a look or feel in mind, then we can design you exactly what you want.  Our website designers will work with you to get the site looking how you want it, meeting with you regularly to test different elements until you are happy for us to build the design you have decided upon.
• We can write all of your content or some of your content.  We can provide you with licenced images which we will ‘geotag’ with your Google Business Listing; we will add alt-text too so that your images are fully optimized, and we will ensure that your page SEO is in the green (that’s where it needs to be for Google and search engines to pick it up).

So it’s up to you to decide how much you want to be done for you, and what budget you have to spend.  We take our payment in 4 instalments (usually over 4 months for a fully bespoke website) to ease the strain on your purse strings.
