At JP Gardner & Associates we primarily provide digital marketing and content creation services for estate and letting agencies, or property related businesses. We have a variety of set social media packages however, we fully understand, that sometimes our clients want to choose their own package, so we have this PICK N MIX option, for exactly that.
Let us stress, yet again, that our content is 100% exclusive to your agency, brand, company vision, tone of voice. We work hard to become one of your team, someone who knows your business and appreciates how you want to be portrayed online to your audience. You will NEVER find our content duplicated across the internet, we know how much that affects your GOOGLE organic ranking, and, ultimately, your business.
Please DO NOT compare our pricing structure with those who re-purpose content across a number of businesses, that is a totally different service than the one we will provide to you.

Pick n Mix Package

Set-up £135+VAT (one-off) per platform. This cost will NOT be included in your monthly invoice, you will be invoiced separately for any set-up fees.
Our minimum contract is 6 months, however, we do understand that sometimes the unexpected happens, and would request a months’ notice if you need to cancel our services prior to your contract end. Contracts will automatically roll-over on the same terms until either party gives the other one months’ written notice.
Please be aware that you will be invoiced at the end of each month for any works undertaken over and above those listed in your contract. If we have been asked to do these works by any member of your staff or if we are asked to post additional content once your scheduling has been completed, this cost will be in addition to your monthly payment. It is prudent to inform your team members, who will be in contact with us, of the additional costs involved when asking for extra work, so that there is no surprise when an invoice arrives.
