Website Package Terms and Conditions
We believe that your website should never stop evolving because the digital world changes every day, and that is why we choose WordPress for our platform. It is an open-source platform which means we can continue to adapt & improve as new elements & ideas surface. The ease of changing and adapting the site means that you can do so much more with our websites, than with the usual ‘closed systems’. We are able to make a ‘template’ website look bespoke, and we firmly believe that the day your website goes live is its first day and it will continue to evolve every day thereafter.
We offer an ongoing ‘time-bank’ for technical support via our web-tech company FL1 Digital, as well as a complete content management option for additional webpages and amendments, news and blogs, ad landing or squeeze pages etc. If you ask us to take on the ongoing content management of your website you will be able to have amends carried out within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), you can add additional pages – either on the main menu structure or hidden for ads to run to (landing pages), you will be able to see your analytics and assess how each page is doing. If you decide to take on your own content management, then you will have a training session at the point of going live and, we promise, the WordPress system has so much to offer you!

Project planning of your website - Stage 1
The first stage of the website development process includes the detailed scoping and architecting of the website. This includes agreeing to a sitemap, looking at pages and layouts, agreeing on functionality and looking at Search Engine and User accessibility. This stage also includes designing all the necessary concepts of the page that will form the visual basis of every type of page layout the site uses. After this stage, you will have a visual representation of each key website page layout.

Project planning of your website - Stage 2
Within the second stage, we build the graphical representations of each page layout into actual web pages. These are called Wireframes and although web pages are not fully functional yet. The wire frames can be tested for compliance with W3C (http://www.w3.org/) and WAI (http://www.w3.org/WAI/) standards, and compatibility with most major browsers and devices.

Project planning of your website - Stage 3
The third stage of the build process is where the Wireframe layouts are set up to work on WordPress. This stage includes the customising and securing of WordPress and then the content and imagery are added to the website. If we are doing this for you we will take this opportunity to optimize all content AND images for search engines (SEO). If you are adding the content yourself, then you will receive your WordPress training session at this time.

Project planning of your website - Stage 4
Finally, the contact forms are tested and functional elements of the website are tested and checked with you. We install Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools. These tools, give you measurability and excellent troubleshooting tools essential for maintaining and assessing your website’s performance. If you have a property feed to link, this is when we will liaise with your software provider to get the feed working. If at this stage, you feel that you will want Social Angels to continue to take care of the content management of your website, or FL1 Digital to carry out on-going maintenance or updates to the wireframe and plug-ins you need to get this set up.
